I had the same problem and this solution may work for you.....
all your drivers have to be loaded
go to the start button and in the search box type in "services"
once you get the services on scroll down to the wlans and make it automatic
and then click to the top left and choose start
i will send you a link from youtube so that you can watch how they fixed it.

Nice to see a solution, but to what ? "I had the same problem" doesn't help !
