How can I watch TV on my HPE-490T?

I have a HPE-490T with Tv Tuner Happauge WinTV HVR-1290.

I wonder if there is a way to connect my Xbox to the capture card to record gameplay of videogames?

I dun own an XBOX but looking at the card
you feed audio into card via composite red/white
you feed either composite video (yellow) or S-Video for video to card
check what outputs the XBOX has?
