SLI/Crossfire with 3 monitors!

I need to figure out which cards to get in SLI/Crossfire config...

After I purchase my system, I plan on buying 3, 27 inch monitors 2560x1440 in 3d surround btw...

Mobo: G1.Sniper 3 Gigabyte
PSU: 1000w (I need the extra beef for overclocking the CPU)
