GPU holding me back

Just a quick questions,

I just got done building my new computer, its up and running everything is good, then i realize that not upgrading my 3 year old ATI 5750 was a horribly bad idea.
Usually I play bf3 with around 20-30fps at low-mid settings on a 1920x1080 24inch screen. Im just wondering which card would be a solid upgrade in the 150~200$ price range, so far Im thinking about going with the 6950 but am unsure.

If the Apevia is a good quality PSU, you can very easily go with a HD 6950. It is a good choice for 1080p. As is the newer and slightly faster HD 7850. Even a HD 6870 will provide good frame rates at high settings in most games.

I would consider the 7850 which has a few models for $200-$230. It is faster in most benches, and has lower heat and power consumption. You can see the benches here:

Probably not. Little red voltage select switch, "700W" unit with NO 8pin PCIe plugs and only TWO 6pin plugs, and no clue as to how much power is available on its 12v rails. I'd argue that its junk and should be returned now. And to think you can buy that for $67....

get a sapphire HD 6950.

It is the best GPU you can get for $200. It usually outperforms the 560ti.
