What Should I Upgrade?

I have $60 to spend and I'm wondering what I can upgrade and which would be the most beneficial.

Specs:
AMD Phenom II X4 965 CPU @ 3.4ghz, 3.8ghz turbo.
4GB Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz RAM.
MSI GTX 260 192 Core OC GPU.
WD 160GB slow-as-hell-old-stupid-HDD. (Always making stupid loud noises.)

First, I'm thinking a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus. It's only $30 and will allow me to push my CPU to 4ghz.

Second, I'm thinking an OCZ Vertex Plus 60GB SSD. It's only $50 and will allow me to boot up in a couple of seconds.

Third, I could upgrade to 8GB of 1600mhz RAM, which would cost $45 because I would have to buy a whole new 2x4GB kit because I only have 2 slots and currently have 2x2GB.

So, which do you think is the most important? Any others? Already have a good keyboard, mouse, and speaker set.

Are you gaming with the computer? I would upgrade your card if I were you, but you might want a better hard drive as well.

Yes I game, I'm only 14 so it's hard for me to come up with money for a new graphics card. But when I get $229 I'm going to buy a GTX 660 non-TI version. My dad said he will try to help me out with some money.

Other than the HDD, I think you're good for now. Just upgrade the card when you get the cash.
