Monitor Resolution for HD 4850

Can a single ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3 graphic card support either of these?

27 in monitor with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 (WQHD) or 30 in monitor with resolution of 2560 x 1600 (WQXGA)

ATI 4850 support 2560x1440, 2560x1600.
But, this is old graphic card. so DVI-D out may be out of order by dust or etc.
So, I recommend upgrading graphic card after using monitor.
