Hello!
I have put together most of the parts to make a small, but powerful gaming PC, but before buying everything I'd like to hear other people's opinion of them.
What type of PC am I trying to make?
I'm trying to make a small, but powerful gaming PC that can handle most, if not all modern PC games on full settings, I will be using our 55" TV, so it'll be more of a PC gaming console kinda thing, using the Logitech F710.

The list:

RAM:

CPU:

I haven't finished quite yet, still need to look for a blu-ray drive and a TB drive.

Any and all opinions welcome,
thanks in advance.

For a gaming rig X79 isn't needed. Go with Z77 instead. I'm not the biggest fan of Xigamtek and I really question their PSUs. Are you sure that case will fit a 690?

What's the budget here?

Maybe try something like this:

(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Normally I'm against closed liquid coolers but in such a tight space you might not have room to work with large fans.
