Approximate Purchase Date: this week

Budget Range: $1500.00 to $1900.00

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Audio recording and management/ mmo gaming on down time

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: all, except what is listed below

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Have to go through a comes built dealer...was looking at avadirect

Parts Preferences: No preference. I have several WD 1tb black drives out of current rig.

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe, would like to during next years upgrade

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: Several versions of audio recording software, nothing overly demanding, Studio Manager for Yamaha PM5D and a older mmo game

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Work gave me money to upgrade.

can do way better. stop getting pre-builts. they charge you the highest retail price for the component + 200 dollars on building the rig itself

i included a sound card since you can actually take advantage of it
