What grahpics card would be suitable for me? $80

Hey I have a pretty old computer and I play games on this. Not very high end games like black ops or anything. Just regular like A.va, operation 7 , arctic combat , Project Blackout. I have recently decided to upgrade my computer.

My computer settings...
CPU Type DualCore Intel Pentium D 820, 2800 MHz (14 x 200)
Motherboard Name Asus P5LP-LE (Emery) (3 PCI, 1 PCI-E x16, 4 DDR2 DIMM, Audio, LAN, IEEE-1394)
Motherboard Chipset Intel Lakeport i945P
Video Adapter NVIDIA GeForce 7300 LE (256 MB)
3D Accelerator nVIDIA GeForce 7300 LE
I have 2 GB ram


I was going to max to my ram to 4 Gb and I wanted to get a new graphics card. Can somebody let me know what would be the best suitable graphics card for my system ? And what else I could do to make my pc betteer?

I don't wanna get a new PC yet..maybe in a year. Gotta work with this one meanwhile

maybe AMD 7750 or 7770. ram on old systems can be expensive. i might just pocket the rest for a *significant* improvement from a current gen cpu/mobo, like an intel core i3.

Something between a 4670 to 6670 will do. Don't spend too much on it.

How about a EVGA Geforce GT520 2048 MB
or
EVGA Geforce GT430

Will i be able to play games on mid to high graphics ??
