Will this large heatsink fit into a HAF 922?

Wondering if this will be able to fit a HAF 922 for a future upgrade:

EDIT: Will it also fit with corsair's vengeance RAM?

Yes it will fit fine in the HAF which is extra wide or 10" (250mm) with the heatsink only being 171mm tall with both fans.

The high heat spreaders. I'm also using a ASUS P8Z77-V PRO.

So do the ram go in the slots close to the CPU or further away! I got rid of my Vengeance because of the height issue and got lower height Gskill.
