Yes its a good build budget oriented , im not so sure on the power suply , i would go with antec, corsair or seasonic.

note you run the risk of not getting a flashed bios motherboard. if you are unlucky and get an older one, the ivy chip will not run until it is flashed.

There are chipset issues known with that H61 and the new i3 processors.

Also, even though your video card would run on that power supply, I would rather recommend something like the CX430 for reliability.
