Will these parts work best for a gaming/surfing computer? I will be purchasing anytime this month with a 1800 budget. Currently have windows 7 pro 64bit and a monitor with keyboard and mouse already.

Please let me know if I should change anything.

Thank you!!,

When you break down the AsRock Z77 Extreme4 and ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe to their features, both are quite similar.

Same number of SATA II and III ports. Same RAID options across the ports.
Both support dual Crossfire/SLI with PCI-3 16x slots.
Same chipset.
Back I/O ports are essentially the same (The ASUS has a Displayport out and an extra e-SATA).
Both support the same amount and frequency of RAM.

Reasons for the ASUS.
Has WIFI and Bluetooth built in.
More internal USB2 headers.
More PCI 1x slots.

Reasons for the AsRock.
Significantly cheaper, $130 on Newegg.
2 CPU fan headers.

I would (and have) go with the Extreme4, the benefits the ASUS provides arent worth the extra cost IMO.
Get a Low Profile RAM kit, I see problems between that Ripjaws RAM and the Noctua. Also you only need 8GB for gaming.
G.Skill Ares 8GB (2x4GB) 1600mhz CL9 1.5v. $40

Drop the sound card unless you have a large and expensive surround Sound system.

Invest the saved cash into an SSD. Will give you much faster boot times and general speed.
OCZ Vertex 4 128GB. $100

Other than those small things, its a good rig.

EDIT: Oops, forgot to include the link to the SSD. Its there now.
