I'm trying to keep it under $850. I already have a 1TB HDD, a Radeon 6870 and a 750W Corsair TX750 ready. Is there anything I can do to improve the build or make it cheaper?

I'm actually waiting for Black Friday (and checking Newegg daily for sales) so I'm hoping I can punch it down ever further to 600-700. Thanks for the feedback.

Some ideas:

1) If you live near a microcenter, they will sell you a 3570K for $190.
A 2500K would be almost as good, and they go for $160 at microcenter.

2) You can buy a perfectly functional case for half that.

Keep the ssd. It is one of the best performance improvers you can buy today. Not so much for games, but eveverything else will be much quicker. Be on the lookout for sales. I would buy only Samsung or Intel.

The 300 is not a good case. No cable management.

The newer 300 cases are better for cable management. That's one complaint that Antec is working to correct.
