GPU HELP!!!

Hello, I recently build a gaming PC and for awhile I was using intel integrated graphics to play my games, but I just bought a gtx 560 ti classified ultra and have had some trouble installing it. First off when I install the GPU into the PCI express 2.0 slot the computer does not recognize it. Then whenever i plug in the pci e from my ocz 750w the computer doesn't start at all. I have tried installing it in the past but failed, i did get the fan up and running on the GPU though. I am also trying to disable the integrated graphics through bios on my msi z77a g43 motherboard. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

if your PC fails to start when you plug in the PCI-e cord into your card then it could be an PSU issue or a dead graphic card. Try the card in another PC (friends etc)
