Additional Comments: should i consider liquid cooling at some point if doesnt fit current budget?

Here is a great start and the one I use for new builds for my customers who dont want to spend alot.

The last build i just did for a friend had an i5 2310, gtx 560ti, and kept the rest the same. Although a 500w PSU might be ideal i kept the 450w from this build. As you can guess I went a little over the 500 even after rebates and instant discounts.

At your monitor resolution and 560ti might be overkill, maybe a gtx 650 or 660 would fit you better since you said you wanted an nvidia card.
