G2020 or G860?

Whats would give me best performance in overall?

I have heard that the G2020 will perform 6% faster and its cheaper then the G860 but according to this website it sayd the G860 got better mark.

I dont have much money so i cant get an i3 processor, those two processores are the best i can buy i just need to choose, they are diferent kinds one is ivy bridge the other is sandy bridge, if i choose the G2020 i will buy an Asus P8B75-M LX PLUS, if i buy the G860 i will have to buy a H61 motherboard chipset, i just need to choose the best processor :x

I got around 185 euros to spend and im from portugal

This is what im thinking to buy:

    PSU: Corsair VS-450W 12cm
    RAM: Corsair XMS3 4096MB DDR3 1333Mhz CAS9 (will buy another one later)
    GPU: Asus GTX 650 DCT

The problem is the motherboard, i need to buy the motherboard according the CPU i will get.

If i buy the Pentium G2020 i will have to buy the Asus P8B75-M LX PLUS Intel B75 SK1155 motherboard.

If i buy the G860 i will have to buy the Gigabyte H61M-DS2 Intel H61 SK1155 motherboard.
  5. Forgot to mention that the HDD will be the same that i got now, its a western digital 320Gb sata-2, maybe i will buy a new one later.

Well its 180 euros budget for PSU + Motherboard + CPU + Ram :x so it cant be that :x
  10. For gaming better go with that intel rig g2020/g860+ hd 7750/gtx 650 will beat hd 7660d easily in gaming.
  11. oh.

well the 860 will do in that case than
  12. Hd 7660d is not so good as it will take your 1gb ram for video memory+run on ddr3 memory and it is equal to hd 5570 gpu which is not good.
  13. Hd 7660d is not so good as it will take your 1gb ram for video memory+run on ddr3 memory and it is equal to hd 5570 gpu which is not good.

I already have the ASUS GTX 650 DCT, i just need to choose between the G2020 or G860 processors :x
  15. I think both will fine.go with g2020 as its new gen cpu so it will have improvement over 2nd gen gpu and consumes less powes of 55w and have just less 100mhz which is barely noticable.
  16. id say g860 tbh.

but comes down to what u want.

ACTUALY!!! The Asus H61M-E Intel H61(B3) will run any 22nm just fine at a cheaper rate with all the same ben's with the exception it is a micro bord and no duel pcie 3 mb [not in referance to your choices]. but if ur just looking for a cheap 3rd gen bord that has 1 pcie 3.0 this one will suit you just fine.;]
