Need suggestion for this upgrade for very budget Gaming

Hi guys i am having the following config

Core 2 quad q8400 @2.66GHz 4mb
Asus p5ql-cm
Transcend 2x2GB 800MHz
Seagate 500GB
XFX 4670 DDR3 1GB
Zebronics 500watts Platinum PSU

These above config is very old so i planed to replace only CPU + BOARD + RAM for now. After 2 month i planed to buy ATI 7770.

Now i got the information that intel launched i3 3rd gen processor in that i liked i3 3240 @ 3.4GHz with 3mb cache.

So for this i planned to buy ASRock B75 Pro3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157314
(If you know better board than this under 75$ you are welcome to post your suggestion here and also i don't seems to find any sale of this board in INDIA)

Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H www.primeabgb.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=4989&category_id=101&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=53 (This board is available in my nearest market but number of RAM slots and Audio channel is low)

For RAM i fixed on Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3 1600MHz CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9 (Does this RAM is supportable for the above mother board)

So help me guys for this selection.

ASRock B75 Pro3
Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3 1600MHz

Please give suggestion for tight budget not more than 14000INR or $255

Is that 14k budget after you sell your old stuff? I'd really recommend you atleast get a quad core to replace your q8400. Going i3 now, i doubt you'd see much of an improvement in apps that use more than 2 cores.

Also, the 3240 is a bit overpriced compared to the 3220. An i5 2300 or 2400 will probably be a much better option for you, if you can afford the extra cost

for a gaming PC I'd be tempted to overclock the CPU and upgrade graphics card first.

i can over clock my CPU my motherboard will support, but i don't have such cooler for OC and i can use only DDR2 RAM on my board. And already said i can only spend 14K INR for this upgrade.
