Last response: in Graphics & Displays

Hey. Trying to find out if I can safely run this new card without having to upgrade my psu. Here's the card I want to upgrade to:
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5

Here's a list of my components, including my crap 400w PSU:
PSU: Dynex 400W
MOBO:Asus M4A87TD
Processor: AMD Phenom II x4 960t
RAM: 2x4gb GSKILL ddr3
HDD: Samsung hd160jj/p 7200rpm
Drives: 1x cd drive 1x dvd drive, but rarely use them
Current video card: Radeon HD 4350

Thanks!

Word. Thanks for the replies. I figured I'd have to upgrade my PSU...

Why not get the 7770 without getting a new PSU? It's a very capable card and will be a good fit for your 960T. If you decide to upgrade your PSU to a 500W+ good brand unit, do yourself a favor and get something better than a 6850, a 7850 for example.

Good luck!

I'll probably end up going with the 7770. My main goal here is to run SC2 with > minimum settings. It's the only game I play atm.
