Would this be a good enough setup for recording gameplay with fraps, gaming ect.. I have to use amazon.de because it's the only one that ships to my country for a cheap price :)

I would scrap that whole build. I'm not the biggest fan of Xigmatek, and pairing a 3570K with a B75 motherboard - you pretty much strip the CPU of its' intended functions as B75 forfeits access to the multiplier and very heavily restricts access to the BIOS - it should never be used on any kind of gaming system. 450W will not be powerful enough to handle that configuration. Oh and Amazon isn't the only place that ships to Germany - check my signature.

Maybe try something like this (using German site Hardware Versand) :

Case: Antec 300 - 50,40 €
PSU: Corsair CX600 - 62,60 €
Motherboard: Asrock H77 Pro 4 - 79,79 €
CPU: 3.2GHz Intel Core i5-3470 - 174,00 €
RAM: 8GB-Kit G.Skill Ares PC3-12800U CL9-9-9-24 - 36,62 €
HD: 1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200 RPM - 68,79 €
Optical: Lite On Bulk DVD Burner - 18,96 €
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 - 185,84 €

Total: 677,00 €

A little bit more but that will be a far more powerful system - better motherboard and CPU combo, better RAM, better video card, stronger PSU, better case, and just about everything else.

I'm shipping to The Netherlands because shipping to Switzerland might cost much more. Does the website you provided have free shipping to either The Netherlands or Switzerland? Thanks for the build! Does the CPU have to have a CPU cooler?

That I can't answer - I live in Southern California.

There's a couple of sites I've found that are both Netherlands and Switzerland based so check those out. All the links (from the PC Stores thread in my signature) are on the first page so if you want to go through those I can reconfigure accordingly.

Here's stores that are Netherlands based:

http://www.azerty.nl/
http://www.mycom.nl/
http://www.vobisonline.nl/
http://www.alternate.nl/

And I haven't found much for Switzerland other than this one:

http://www.ldlc.ch/

The CPU doesn't need a cooler unless your system runs really hot or you plan to overclock. If you're not overclocking (which you can't with the 3470) you should be able to use the included fan just fine.
