I was wondering if this is a good starter build for gaming over time when i get alot of money sometime i will upgrade it.

Is this good for a starting gaming rig over time im gonna upgrade it though

What do you think i should/ change im trying my hardest to keep my budget under 830$

i5-3570k + Asus P8Z77-v LK + Hive 650w + G.Skill Ares 2x4gb 1600 + Rosewill CHallenger U3 + Asus 24x burner 487.99$ - 4.80$ with promo mem106 - 22.50$ from promo mb106 - 18.40$ from cpu106 = 442.29
Caviar Blue 1tb(1 more year warrenty vs the samsung drive 84.99 + shipping
XFX 7870 Ghz 269.99 - 27$ from promo vga106 = 242.99(picked this because i cant guarantee HIS cooler will fit case)
Hyper 212+ evo 30.99$
