I am wondering if i can have 1 monitor display monitor link to radeon. and another monitor HDMI line out link with azuretech HDMI to expand a desktop

OR

You should be able to do both from the radeon. The 5850 can handle up to 3 monitors. Run 1 from the DVI port using a DVI to HDMI cable going directly to your 1st monitor. Run the second from the HDMI port on the HDMI port to the HDMI input on your receiver. Then another cable from the HDMI output on your receiver to the monitor. The 5850 using HDMI carries your sound for you so there really isnt a need to use the onboard video, assuming thats what you mean by "azuretech".
