Is there a limit to the amount of molex splitters I can add?

I currently have a single rail PSU, I'm just wondering, assuming that I don't use more power than the PSU can provide, is there a limit to the amount of molex splitters I can use?

What I'm talking about are items such as:-

Also, is there a limit to how far the 'tree' can go down? E.G. using 1 molex splitter to provide power to two more molex splitters to provide power to four more molex splitters to provide power to eight more molex splitters, etc...?

As long as you stay within the capacity of your PSU, the only limits are practical. You will soon have a rat's nest of wiring.

I really only need four extra molex cables, the reason why I asked the later question (about the tree) was because I might as well extend my knowledge at the same time.
