System freeze when playing game

Hi there,my friend have problem when playing games on his pc. His pc always crash on load. I have tried clean sweep driver and reinstall os on his pc. But problem still occur.
Mobo : Asus maximus v formula
Cpu : Intel 3770
Ram : 16Gb
Psu : seasonic 650W
Gpu : Nvidia 660Ti Direct CU II
System is liquid cooled so i dont think temperature is the problem.
Any solution would be helpful
