Overclocking with Stock cooler

Hi, I need some help with overclocking. I have AMD Phenom x3 8650 2.3 Ghz and when i try to overclock it i got message that i can't do this (stupid BIOS) so how i should do this any ideas?

Mainboard : Gigabyte GA-MA770-UD3
Chipset : AMD RD770
Processor : AMD Phenom X3 8650 @ 2300 MHz
Physical Memory : 6144 MBDDR2-SDRAM
Video Card : NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT

How are you trying to overclock? You can't increase the multi unless you have a BE CPU (or FX)

I increase CPU Clock and when i want to increase voltage i got message and I can't do anything

How are increasing CPU clock? through the bus speed or multi?

Is it CPU frequency and the settings are 200-500MHz?
