Can a dell xps 1530 be upgraded to a faster processor

Looking to upgrade my dell XPS 1530 processor from a core 2 duo T7500 2.20GHZ. Where can I find the info to make it happen?

According to those links the best you can upgrade to is the Intel T9500 which will take you from 2.2 GHz to 2.6 GHz, the L2 cache will go from 4MB to 6MB, and increase the Bus/Core ratio from 11 to 13.
