Hi folks! =)

I need to configure my PC to allow or not to allow internet access according
to the user that logs on.
For example, I have an ADSL connection, and some accounts should not have
access to this specific connection, while others can.
I've been looking for how to do this checking the services Windows Loads,
and I found out there is one called "Network connections" (or the like, my PC
is in port. lang...). I guess this is the one that loads and monitors this
stuff, but I'm not sure yet abt it and how to get this right.
What abt?
Thanks in advance for the help!
