Is this motherboard good for budget users

HI, just a quick question, I am looking to build a budget gaming pc using an i5 3350p and an xfx 7770 black edition as well as 8GB of RAM. Just wanted to know if anybody knows about this case as I can't seem to find much information. All I really want to know if the psu goes at the top or bottom. For under £30 it comes with 2 usb 3.0's which seems very good. If anybody has any information about it or even owns one that would be amazing.

Thanks for quick replies, do you know any other case for around £30 with 2 usb 3.0's on it. I aren't bothered about the case having lights and LED's on it but a 120mm fan would be nice.
