600-800 Laptop than can run games

Hello, right now my friend has a very old laptop that can barely run games at all. War of the roses came out and he can't even run it he has a 600-800 range for a laptop only. Is there a laptop in that range or lower that has a dedicated graphics card and would be able to run War of the Roses at least on its lowest settings. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
