Will this system be able to run new games with high fps?

Yep, that will max out modern games at a decent FPS.
Some small changes though.

OCZ Vertex 4 128GB over the Crucial M4. The M4 is quite old now and cant compete with newer drives like the Vertex 4.

Get a better brand then VisionTek for the GPU. Sapphire, ASUS, Gigabyte or MSI are the AMD manufacturers to choose from.

Different brand than CoolMax for the PSU, not very reliable. Corsair, XFX, Silverstone Strider and Seasonic are the brands to get.
