Need help choosing a 7970 ghz edition

I plan on buying a 7970 ghz edition and have limited it to these three choices

I would buy a regular 7970 and overclock it but I've heard that the 7970s are better binned.

Well, I was gonna recommend the sapphire, but the gigabyte version offers a better cooling solution and comes with a 3 year warranty vs. sapphire's 2 year warranty.

The gigabyte seems great, but I'm a bit hesitant to buy it as I'm returning a gigabyte 7970 (not ghz) because its defective (driver crashes at stock factory overclock and yes I have tried reinstalling drivers and using driver sweeper)

Yeah, I figured as much. And I was a bit hesitant to recommend the gigabyte as well in the beginning due to their meh customer support.

Then I'll go back to my original recommendation...get the Sapphire Vapor-X...it looks and sounds badass.
