Gonna buy a New sound card Which one??

Here is what i'm looking at

Soundblaster Audigy value $109

Santa Cruz 5.1 $59

Need some advice on which you believe is better and why!
Those are canadian prices if your curious!

I have no personal experience with Turtle Beach cards, but the Santa Cruz has the same Crystal chip that my Hercules Game Theatre XP has, and it's a good one. $60 is very cheap for that good a card, and if someone can recommend Turtle Beach, I'd say go for it.

Freinds of mine have a Dell and the Turtle beach sound card was in stalled he like's it very much. I heard the sounds from games and music and they are clear
