Yesterday when I try to power up my pc, I experienced a frustrating problem. I power it up, 2-3 secs later, I see how much memory I have on the screen and goes black completely. I've waited for 3 mins and I just saw Windows 7's desktop for a while (1 or 0.5 secs) then black again. No display. Why's that?
I unplugged vga card and I tested it was extremely hot. Could it be this? Fan was turning good,

My cousin played GTA4 on high level graphics the day before for a long time. I suspect this.
What can I do?
