ASUS ENGTX570 vs. GIGABYTE GTX570

Hi,

http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/graphics/display/gf-gtx570oc-roundup_7.html#sect1

have a look here. Think the comparison is very straight forward. Really, it's much a of a muchness!!! There is an approx 5% increase in performance for the Gigbyte model! but i suppose budget, and packaging (free stuff) might make the difference in choice.

Happy gaming.

Supid me for only doing research just after this comment to see whether PCIe 3.0 cards are compatible with 2.0 slots -_-

I am an ASUS fanboy when its about theyr coolers :). You cant hear the Direct CU 2 cooler..its great. Also, the Gigabyte model has a 38MHz boost over the Asus one, thats de difference from the Benchmark :). So personally i would go with the Asus one :D

i wouldnt bother with the triple slot tank. a msi twin frozr 3 or 4 performs slightly better (a degree or 2) while being only dual slot

get either a 660ti or a 7850. if it will be a 660ti, get the msi hawk edition. if it is a 7850, get the asus or the msi. whatever is cheaper
