Hi, I currently bought a new PC..here are its configs

Processor - Intel Core i7 3rd Generation processor
RAM - 8X2 Corsair Vengeance
Motherboard - Gigabyte h61m-ds2 dvi (I think this may be a problem)
Circle 500 Watts SMPS

and other stuff are normal.

The problem is that the monitor doesn't start.
And have I purchased a proper motherboard?

That board is one of value models but is compatible with the CPU.
The power supply looks iffy, must be a low cost local version, wouldn't trust it.

I forgot to mention I also have a "NVIDIA GTX 660" Graphic card.

The Power supply is good. Im sure about that.
