Explorer toolbar, does it have to be purple? pls help.

Having just bought a new base unit from packard bell, internet explorer
toolbar is now powered by them, and its purple.

this might not sound a big deal but i find it hard to see things on it and i
can't stand purple.

can anyone help?

hey, Lou--

no, it doesn't. this link to an IE5 add-on works for IE6, as well. It lets
you change the wallpaper for the toolbar, so if there is a color you want
which doesn't already exist as a bmp or jpg file, you'll have to create one,
or find one somewhere.
