Hey I'm in the process of picking out some parts for my new computer, and I was debating about which card to buy. I don't have too much money so I would like to choose a card that's the best bang for my buck. Can you guys suggest which one is better? Is there an even cheaper option that can still give me great performance? Thanks!

Hi

What resolution will you be playing games at? and what games will you be playing?
The rest of your PC specs are also important for predicting performance
However as a basic guide a HD6670 would be sufficient for most modern games at 1280 x 1024 or below, If you plan on playing modern games at a higher resolution like 1920 x 1080 then you may want to consider a HD6850 or GTX 560.

Right now my monitor is at 1920x1080, I might downgrade to a 1650x1050 one if need be. I'll be getting an i5 2500k cpu as well as a 600w PSU. I'm also thinking about downgrading to a 500w for the time being and then buy a 600w one when I have money.

If your really pushed for money then a HD6770 or GTX550Ti will be ok for 1650 x 1050, anything less powerful and you'll be reducing in-game graphics settings left, right and centre on modern games.

Keep your PSU if its a quality 600W unit IMO.
