Acer Aspire 5251 cpu upgrade

my friend put 2 2GB cards and a 500GB in don't know if its called processor or hard drive its a rectangle box goes under a removable cover on bottom they came out of a dell and know my battery only charges for about 30 seconds the it stops it will stay at around 32-35% won't get even if the laptop is off there is a lot of dell files in the computer and it says dell when u log in .My acer aspire 5251-1513 had 1gb cards and 250 GB processor or hard drive before is there anything i can download or change in settings to solve some issues im having

Your charging issues are either battery or charger related. Different ram and hard drive will not affect your charging capability.
