I am looking to build a computer for $350 and i am not sure if i picked the best hardware or if all of it is compatible so here are the specs please tell me if it is good or if you would like to change any of the hardware

Don't get that case. It only has three stars and I can almost guaranty that is because it has a crappy psu. I would get this case

Also the 560se is kind of a rip off. I would get a 650 or 560se.

A Radeon 7770 would probably be better than any Nvidia card at your budget right now.
