Home office build check.

Hi,

I've put together a parts list for a simple home office PC. It's main uses will be surfing the web, windows office programs and other office programs like quick book. I have a screen for it and will be using the HDD for the old computer too.
The budget for this build is around $420 but that's just a ball park.

I'd just like some input about comparability and opinions on if the build would perform the needs well.
