I can\'t log into my Samsung Ultrabook Series 5. Won\'t go past the \'Welcome\'

I have owned the Samsung Series 5 Ultrabook for only 5 months. It was working earlier, but when I turned it on and tried to log-in, the computer will not go past the 'Welcome' page. I tried restarting several times with the same result. I don't know what is wrong?

Possibly corrupt windows files. Try doing a system recovery.
