my budget is 1500 hundred dollars including shipping and tax, this build at ncix would be about 1490 dollar shipped and taxed.
i want to play bf3, borderlands 2, minecraft, cs:go, garrys mod, maybe wow, maybe guild wars, basically i want it to be able to max out every game(or atleast high)
i will also be overclocking the cpu and graphics card, and i want it to be able to do sli in the future, i need a monitor and windows aswell. im in canada and ncix has the best prices here. i was looking at the gigabyte ud3h motherboard so would that be a better choice?

This looks like a good build to me, seems you've done your homework.

I'd probably do the Kingston over the OCZ Agility.

Also I'd have to look and see who makes XFX power supplies. I've never used one myself, might be fine, but I'd consider a Corsair (built by Seasonic) HX650W (modular) or the TX750V2 (non-modular) in the same price range.

XFX PSUs are made by Seasonic. It doesn't really get any better than that.
