Well it depends on what your building it for...
if you want to game on it, the i7 is useless however if you want to edit and render then i7 is a plus.
if you want to game on it, you don't need the 16gb memory.
Your missing the power supply and case.

I would go with the i5 3570k and the Gigabyte z77 Motherboard.

Whats your budget as of now? i can throw you a build together!

Mmm.. I wouldn't recommend LGA2011 unless you need the extra space.
The i7-3770K and i5-3570K performs just as good as the i7-3820, and their LGA1155 motherboards are significantly cheaper.

I'm not so sure about Corsaid SSDs. Get a Samsung 830 or an OCZ Vertex 4.

Yeah, we need to know what this build is for. If it's gaming, you only need 8gb 1600MHz RAM which is already plenty.

GPU is a great choice. Manufacturer please?

Drop the sound card, you don't need it unless you're some audiophile.

It looks like you're buying a custom PC. You could probably put together this same build or better for cheaper.
