$500 HTPC Part's list comments

I have been planning on putting together a mid price range htpc for playing network stored media and internet streaming over a wired connection, with ability to upgrade in the future. Here is the list I have put together at PC Part Picker. This will be my first project, so I am flying sort of blind at this point. I would also think that I need a couple of quite fans and I found this on which looks sufficient. SilenX EFX-08-13 80mm Case Fan. For the remote, I already have a Harmony, so I was going to buy a Windows Media Center Remote that has the usb connected receiver.
