Pc acting strange during startup

Hi guys
I have really strange thing happening with my PC.
Its when I what to turn it on. The thing is that it won't power up with the first button press.
Sometimes i have to press the button multiple times(10-15-20) before is starts.
When let's say i go to sleep and forget to turn it off and it goes to sleep mode then the power up procedure is even more complicated - it powers up but only will reach bios screen and just freez than again i have to turn it off and try again...
And there is no consistency in it and don't what is causing this.
Any ideas guys???

try to boot it up using a screwdriver it could be a problem with the power button on the case.
