Hey guys, I need your help, I want to build the Ultimate Gaming & Editing PC, I am willing to go to $15,000. I have some component ideas so far, I want your guys opinion, Which parts should I change? What should I add? How should I cool it? Do I need a different case? What accesories, such as monitors, could I add? Thanks.

A lot of things that is wrong with this. The 3930K offers the same performance as the 3960X and is much cheaper. 4x 690's will not work. 12GB is tri-chhanel RAM. It won't work. Get a quad-channel 32GB kit.
