Apparently some sort of 'security' feature, when WinXP installs pgms as
Admin (per protocol) frequently the Lowly User can not run them. Likewise
with seeing the system clock calendar. Also, there are files that are
accessible ONLY as Admin.
How can I give Lowy User access to these three functions?

i would like to know too.... aside form logging in as an admin and changing the settings on your user i dont know of a way... problem with that is if you can long in as an admin you wouldnt have the problem in the first place! :x are you in a work enviornment or something or is your home computer?
