Apparently some sort of 'security' feature, when WinXP installs pgms as
Admin (per protocol) frequently the Lowly User can not run them. Likewise
with seeing the system clock calendar. Also, there are files that are
accessible ONLY as Admin.
How can I give Lowy User access to these three functions?
