Buying an IPS monitor

Hello,
I need to buy a new monitor for my new build. I currently have a refurb 21" acer max res. 1650x1050 LCD. Which is honestly terrible I don't play any FPS so monitor lag is not a main concern. I play mainly MMO's non pvp. I am building a new computer in the next month and its going to have a GTX 670 and I feel like using my current monitor would be a waste on the new GPU. I want IPS because I have read it has amazing color and detail. I have a budget of $400 max. Any help would be awesome thanks! Going to stay under 30" monitor as well please.

That is one of the ones I was looking at just though I would ask the people of Tom's and get some ideas flowing maybe I missed something. Thanks
