I am looking for nothing fancy but I want a computer that will run pretty much anything(games). Do you think this computer will be fine for what I need it for?

I am wanting to play mostly:
- World of Warcraft
- Call of Duty Black Ops 2

I recommend filling out the build form on the sticky at the top of the first page of the new build forum. This is the best way, so we can know how to help you better.

In reference to your build, the 4100 is a fail of a CPU and is definitely not worth it. The 650 might play those games, but not the best. For that price, it would be difficult to build something for that price, but I will try.
