What are some good guides for building a pc?

im going to be building a gaming pc im the next month or so and its my first time, so i dont want to mess it up. i bought a pc gamer magazine that has a pretty good guide for it, but i wanted to see if their are any really good guides on how to build a gaming pc, like a youtube video or something.

Do not go with those Magazine builds. They are terrible for the price. I've seen PCGamer's builds and I'm honestly disgusted. They stick THE worst parts in ever, relying on statistics for approval. Meaning they stick an Nvidia card in even if it is worse or an Asus part even if the budget is small. I say Asus part because Asus overcharges on their motherboards all the time.

its not very difficult. once you have all the parts laid out, it should all make sense.
