Amd radeon 7950, VTX3D versus Gigabyte

I'm going to buy an 7950 GPU. I saw this awesome deal with VTX3D 7950 X-edition 70 € cheaper than the same model from Gigabyte.

I have never heard of VTX3D as manufactuer, and I tried to search for reviews, benchmarks, anything but found nothing. Is it worth of 70€ to buy from trusted brand, with a bit better cooling system.

This deal sounds too good to be true... so do you have any toughts about the comppany and their products?

It is a TUL corporation company http://www.vtx3d.com/comp_aboutus.asp same as Powercolor. Their products should be comparable.
